Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia and the UK. However we do not ship to Northern Ireland or the EU at this time.
How do you ship?
We mainly ship via USPS, although we do have options enabled for DHL and other services internationally.
When will my order ship?
If you have ordered a preorder item or a made to order item (apparel, totes, etc.) they will ship when the last item has been fulfilled. If you want your other items sooner, please place a separate order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged/defective please e-mail help@loreandwhimsy.com within one week (7 days).
Please provide the following in your e-mail:
- your order number and
- photos of the damage/defect
This will help us make decisions more quickly and efficiently.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $150 USD ship free!
Can I return/exchange an item?
At this time, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions, please contact help@loreandwhimsy.com
What happens if my package is lost/not delivered?
Oh no! First, sometimes USPS marks things as delivered before they actually arrive. This most often happens with smaller packages like stickers and bookmarks. Please give it a few days if it doesn’t show up in your mailbox.
However, if your package is marked as delivered there is not much we can do from the shipper side. Please do still send an email to help@loreandwhimsy.com if you think your package is missing and it has been marked as delivered. You can initiate a help request with USPS to find your missing mail or speak to your local post office.
If your package is LOST in transit, please reach out to us at help@loreandwhimsy.com with your order number. At that time we will discuss the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
If you need to make changes, please contact us at help@loreandwhimsy.com as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to help you out.
Once an item has been marked shipped or has begun fulfillment, changes cannot be made.
The only exceptions are preorders. Preorders cannot be cancelled.
