Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally! Please see my etsy for international shipping on stickers and bookmarks.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Item marked as delivered
Once the item is marked as delivered there is not much I can do as I can only go by the tracking number. If you think your package has been stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim with them. Depending on the item, I can see if a replacement is feasible.
Lost Item
If the item is LOST in transit, please let me know, and I will do my utmost best to help you resolve the issue.
Note: stickers and bookmarks with free shipping are NOT insured. If you would like some sort of tracking please upgrade your shipping method.
How long does it take to ship orders?
I generally ship my handmade items (from my home) 3-5 days after receiving the order. However, if I need to make stock it may take a few extra days.
For my distributor it can take up to a week to ship. If you have questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
What shipping method do you use?
Stamp*
If you’ve chosen free shipping, I ship via a regular stamp. This means that there is no tracking available for the order. You will get an email when it has been shipped however.
First Class Mail*
For $2.00 I will ship USPS First Class Mail which has tracking, but not detailed.
USPS Ground Advantage
For almost everything else I use USPS Ground Advantage.
If your order of stickers and bookmarks totals over $35.00, I automatically (at no charge to you) ship with tracking.
*Only available for stickers and bookmarks.
How do I care for my stickers?
There are two types of main stickers I currently offer. Both are water resistant, but that does not mean you should put them through the dishwasher or toss them into a lake! (I definitely do not recommend the latter…)
Both my glossy and matte stickers should be hand washed, GENTLY to prevent the sticker from bleeding.
There are a few exceptions, and these are noted on the listing page if they are dishwasher safe as well as waterproof.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please e-mail me within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Please send pictures as well so I can see what the problem is.
After confirming the damaged item, I will send out a new item to you as soon as possible.
How are your products made?
My stickers and bookmarks are handmade by me, at home.
My apparel is sourced out through a distributor.
What is your return policy?
I do not allow returns on any items. For more information or help on returns, please see this page.
Do you take custom orders?

What are your stickers made of?

Matte

➤ Water-resistant; exposure to too much water can cause bleeding.
Glossy
