I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. Then lamination started to come undone. I contacted the owner with a photo of the damage and she, with incredible customer service and speed, send me a replacement within a week. The damage was obviously a one-off as the quality of of the second is exaclty what I would have expected and desired. The wife loves the book mark and is already hounding me for more.

it’s so CUTE! I struggled finding one dark window merch, especially stuff I personally liked. I am so happy I found this!! I only have gotten bookmarks for series I really loved, and the variety of these was great I immediately sent my friend a Scythe one since she’s an Elm girly hehehe

Mere was super helpful and friendly! She helped me get the bookmarks that I wanted! I got two of the twin elders bookmarks, one as a gift for a friend of mine and one for myself. The shipping was extremely fast however one of the bookmarks was slightly bent. I was able to sort of fix it but oh well
