I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. Then lamination started to come undone. I contacted the owner with a photo of the damage and she, with incredible customer service and speed, send me a replacement within a week. The damage was obviously a one-off as the quality of of the second is exaclty what I would have expected and desired. The wife loves the book mark and is already hounding me for more.
